Champlain Area Trails has conserved nearly 1,000 acres of land, created close to 100 miles of trails in the Champlain Valley, and connected thousands of people to the beauty of the Lake Champlain region.
We are thrilled to collaborate with Echo Farm—Farmstead Catering for this event. Echo Farm is on conserved farmland located in the Split Rock Wildway, which serves as a crucial pathway for wildlife between the Champlain Valley in New York and the Adirondack High Peaks. The Split Rock Wildway is a key focus of CATS’ conservation efforts, and we are honored to be involved in the conservation efforts of Echo Farm.
