Friday Working Hike @ Lee Park Trail

CHAMPLAIN AREA TRAILS has A Friday WORKING HIKE on THE lee park trail ON september 20th AT 9 AM.

Join Champlain Area Trails in working on this .75-mile loop trail in Westport, New York. We will be working on this short trail, which is a pleasant walk through the forest along the stream leading to Front Street in Westport. We will work on cleaning up debris around the picnic area by the stream, improving drainage on the trail, and general trail maintenance. This is an easy hike. 

WHAT TO BRING: We will work with loppers, hand saws, and string trimmers, which Champlain Area Trails can provide. Feel free to bring your tools as well.  Make sure to bring gloves, protective eye gear (if using a string trimmer), water, and some snacks!

REGISTRATION: Please register by 6:00 p.m. the day before the event by emailing tony@champlainareatrails.com, but it's also okay to meet us there Friday at 9:00 a.m.
