This practice goes beyond hiking and involves a conscious effort to fully embrace the natural environment, engaging all your senses in the present moment.
Peter Buef, a local meditation leader, will guide this session. During your guided forest bathing session, you will breathe deeply, stretch, talk, walk, and explore the interaction between your internal and external elements. The event will take place from 10 am to 12 pm.
We recommend bringing a blanket, yoga mat, and water bottle for maximum comfort. You may also want to bring a knife or sharp object for whittling. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!
