Amber Adamson

Amber joined Champlain Area Trails in early 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience in fundraising and external relations for nonprofit organizations. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College and her Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. 

  

Originally from New York's Capital District, Amber resides in Westport with her fiancée, their 9-year-old daughter, and their beloved cat, Mittens. She is dedicated to community service, serving as a board member of the Westport-Wadhams Community Alliance and Vice-President of the Adirondack Planned Giving Society. 

  

An avid half-marathon runner, Amber enjoys exploring the great outdoors and frequently connects with others through her passions. Her favorite trail is the Lee Park Trail. With her extensive expertise in nonprofit management and community outreach, Amber is committed to furthering Champlain Area Trails’ mission and making a positive impact in the community.
