Spirit Sanctuary Trail

    

Description: A quick and easy out-and-back, the Spirit Sanctuary provides a variety of terrain in a short span. Hikers will go through a beautiful hemlock forest and past a small creek to the end of the trail. Good for a quick meander through nice woods with bird and other wildlife viewing opportunities, the Spirit Sanctuary Trail is a great, quick getaway. It is possible to connect with the Black Kettle Trails at the end of the path.

Find this trailhead on Cook Rd. 1.3 mi west of Whallonsburg and 0.4 mi east of Leaning Rd.
