Penfield Pond /Old Iron Trail

   

Description: Head out on this 1.7-mile loop trail near Crown Point, New York. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 38 min to complete. Climb hills above the brook and go along the east shore of Penfield Pond. This trail connects to Old Ironville Road Trail. This short little hike is a great walk through the woods. It's not a major workout, but it's perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Find this trailhead on Peasley Rd., about 0.2 mi east of the Penfield Museum. Park on the right before the bridge, cross the bridge, take an immediate right onto the trail.
