Ray Johnson

Ray Johnson is a retired chemist with Wyeth and then Pfizer Pharmaceutical in Rouses Point. He and his wife, Lola, live in Chazy. They donated the first conservation easement to CATS along with the funds to support stewardship of the easement. They subsequently purchased 14 additional acres and added that to the conservation easement. Ray founded and is the director of the Institute of Climate Studies whose purpose is to educate the public and encourage discussion of climate change and its impact through article publications, research, and presentations of peer-reviewed data.
